Sustainabler helps small and medium‑sized enterprises get a strong start in sustainability through our practical 3×3 ESG for SME methodology.

The approach is a light version of double materiality (DMA) and helps you identify your most important sustainability risks, opportunities and impacts across your company’s nine (3×3) dimensions of ESG. From there, we guide you in setting targets, actions, ownership and reporting structures — giving you a clear and actionable sustainability strategy.

The process begins with a workshop led by us. We coach the work throughout, but you create the insights, ensuring full ownership of your sustainability journey.

Pricing: €10,000 — from kickoff workshop to a complete sustainability strategy including target setting, action plans, reporting and governance.

Cutting GHG emissions

 - Moving towards net-zero

Understanding and reducing emissions is one of the most important steps in any sustainability journey. Sustainabler brings hands‑on experience from some of the earliest large‑scale Scope 3 assessments in industry.

In 2020, I led my first Scope 3 project for a company of 40,000 employees and a wide range of custom‑made products. The company was one of the first large multinationals to map its full value‑chain emissions, and the approach we took still forms a strong foundation for effective emissions management.

Since then, I have worked with various types of companies to map and cut their emissions. In 2023, I wrote a masters' thesis on supporting and hindering factors towards net-zero in companies. More on this here. Sustainabler has worked with the GHG Protocol, CDP, SBTi, GRI, and ESRS E1.

The trend is clear: we buy more, faster, and more often. In Sweden, this is especially visible — textile purchases have increased by 40% since 2000, interior design spending by 44% between 2006 and 2016, and electronics sales in the EU rose by 85% between 2013 and 2022.
