About us.

Navigation, action, communication

Behind Sustainabler you find me, Johanna Flood and the various partners I work with. I have a long and broad global experience in sustainability, especially in strategy, sustainability reporting, roadmaps, ISO standards, ratings, and carbon accounting.

I spent my early career as a journalist which has made me very sensitive to greenwashing. I also have a background in sustainability and crisis communications.

I am a full IEMA member, and I am also one of the people in the IEMA Europe committee spreading the network in Europe.

Kickstart your Sustainability success

ESG for SME

Sustainabler helps you get a kick start in Sustainability through the concept of the 3X3 ESG for SME methodology.

The method is a double materiality, DMA, light and helps you identify your top risks, opportunities, and impacts across your company's 3X3 dimensions of sustainability. From there, you set targets, actions, ownership, and deliver.

The whole process starts with a workshop led by us. The work is coached by Sustainabler, but you do the work.

Pricing: € 10 000 from kickoff workshop to a sustainability strategy including target setting, action plans, reporting, and governance.

Content review and roadmap

Wash away your Greenwashing

Do you want to reduce your company's risk of greenwashing? Let us help! We will:

  • Identify greenwashing in your communications

  • Guide you on how to avoid green doping

  • Help you develop roadmaps to walk the talk.

With a background in journalism and crisis communications, we know what we do.

Pricing: 4 hours kick off workshop € 5 000.  The rest depending on ambition and workload.

Compliance and strategy 

Strengthen your sustainability work with a senior sustainability leader.

Sustainabler offers interim support for shorter and longer projects such as CSRD compliance, EU Taxonomy alignment, GHG accounting, gap assessments, sustainability strategy, EcoVadis ratings, and sustainability reports. 

Hourly rate: € 150, SEK 1500.

Cutting emissions
towards net-zero

In 2020, I led my first scope 3 assessment project for a company of 40 000 people, with a wide range of custom-made products.  My company back then, was among the first large multinationals to do this, and I still believe in the approach we took to understand our emissions.

Since then, I have worked with various types of companies to map and cut their emissions. In 2023, I wrote a masters' thesis on supporting and hindering factors towards net-zero in companies. More on this here. Sustainabler has worked with the GHG Protocol, CDP, SBTi, GRI, and ESRS E1.
